When I dressed up as a gypsy. It was fun because it was a homemade costume. I wore one of my mom's scarves and she put a bunch of makeup on me and a long, flowing skirt. That's the kind of stuff you do when you're a poor kid. And, you know, it was so much better than any costume I could have had someone buy for me because my mom spent time with me to put it together.

As a little kid, witch.
When I hit my preteen years, I bought this pirate costume that turned out to be so big that I found I could wear the skirt as a dress by itself. I did and added a belt, tights, wings, pretty jelly shoes, and a silver wig and became a fairy, my most beautiful costume ever!
Of late, my favorite has become Executioner-- everyone is always so terrified of me! Scream is a big hit, too.
Plus, I just put a zombie costume on layaway at Wal-Mart and I think that one is going to be the most disgusting! I'll probably still like executioner better, though... and I'll always be a witchy woman with the heart of a pixie!

Cyndi Lauper. I was like 7 or 8 at the time. I really didn't look that much like her but I had a lot of fun helping my mom make the costume. And I felt really cool wearing it! Yes, I'm a child of the 80s.

hy steevie here, with gay pattner daviie my personal, favorite was a tarzannn type thing, just a tight tight l loin, cloth on no shirt, and mocassions, and my, partner daviee, was snoopy also!!

Not very creative I know, but I wanted to be a witch every year. My mom tryed to get me to dress up as something else, but NO, I was a witch or nothing!! lol

I had a little white bunny suit. Ears, tail and all. My mom painted my nose pink and gave me whiskers. LOL
