how many of these suns support planetary system simmular to the solar system?

It's impossible to know, but it's been estimated that there are about 400 billion. Conservative estimates say about 200 billion and liberal estimates say about 600 billion.

In theory, every one of these stars has the potential to have a planetaty system.

So far, there have been over 100 suns that have planets around them. Are they similar to ours... not that we know of. However, the more we look and the more methods of figuring out how to find planets, the more we are finding.

Out of the billions of stars in the Milky Way, maybe 1% might have planets. And that is a BIG number.

Every star you see in the sky is a sun. I lost count. Any of these suns may support a solar system.

Just one. Star is a common name.
Sun is a proper noun refering to our star.
Total stars in milkyway crosses 10^11 in count ie more than 100 billion stars

The suns you are reffering to are the stars in the sky, so if you want to know count each one, one-by-one then you'll know.
