1. Report the Mother of the Child to Child Abuse Hotline.
2. IF the mother is KNOWN right now to have the infant in a Drug House -- call the POLICE immediately and report on the Hotline the location of the Drug House and the Infant.
3. DO show up for the DNA test that the Potential Dad Requests, and get the results -- what if the child is NOT biologically of the father?
4. IF you are not the father -- STAY OUT of the MESS!!!! And I MEAN THIS -- it complicates things, and the Judge will NOT look favorably on a petition IF there are OTHER parties picking on the mother of the infant.
5. OH, call Child Abuse Hotline EVERY TIME you see the Mother shacking up, abusing the infant, not caring for the infant, etc.

1. You report the abuse to Children's Services in your state.
2. You report the abuse to Children's Services in your state.
3. You start investigating the process to 1) make sure you have paternity established legally and then 2) get a court order for custody.
(I don't know who YOU are; the writing is not clear - but HE (the man who wants custody) has to do this. Don't "enable" him ... make him do it.
