Nerd lives in a trailer park, works at pizza place and somehow is granted wish by jamacian vodoo woman. He wishes to become worlds greatest guitar player but of course it comes at a price, he has to kill people and feed off their souls for him to stay alive. I saw this movie in the early 1990s and am guessing it was released at the same time. So bad it was funny.
