I don't know which one to buy. I want a package for scriptwriting for all formats. And where is the best place to buy these? Being in the UK, I'm looking a British script layout.

You might like this package for Script Styler. The web sites for Final Draft and movie magic are also attached. I found them at many places for purchase also. Search the web, and pick the cheapest.

CeltX is a very good, robust, and completely free screenwriting package. It's open source, so if you know a bit about code you can tweak it to do what you want.
Aside from that, Final Draft is considered industry standard, which means that if you use anything else, it will eventually be converted into a Final Draft format.
