I do not think it is. A good remedy for nausea (morning sickness) is to suck on lemons. I did with my pregnancy and I did not have a miscarriage.
The doctors advised me that having a miscarriage is due to the body rejecting the fetus. There is something wrong with the fetus and your body rejects it. This is why when you have a miscarriage there is nothing the doctors can do to save the child unless you are far enough along to actually give birth to the baby.

I ate lemons for my nausea when I was pregnant. I worked in a pizza place, and the pizzas with anchovies on them made me want to throw up, and eating lemons was about all that helped.

Never heard of that, but are you trying to have one if you are? I have no suggestions for that one because I hadn't ever tried to make myself miscarry, I haven't heard of the drinking lemon thing though. I'll try and look that up for you and e-mail you that.

Dear I never heard of this, but lemons are a bit acidic, so they make cause you cystitis. Take care.

thats just a old wise tale....and the thing about having a tattoo on your back you wont be able to get a needle in the back...thats not true either..i have 3 tattoos on my back and had 2 epidurals during the birth of my daughter

no...i drank lemonaid and tea with lemon all thru my 4 pregnancies and had 4 happy, healthy babies...of course they don't like lemon today
