You should have as many friends as you want and act accordingly. If your close friend and Sofia have a problem with that, go and meet the others on your own; then, maybe your friend and sofia will join in. If not, you're making new friends and will have alot more fun with them. Maybe your friend is jealous. Assure her that it's nothing personal and continue to be nice to her. Just branch out....or "network"...it always pays to have more people to socialize with! Godloveya.

If you have a controlling friend do you still consider them a friend?

If you like being controlled then by all means hang around these girls only otherwise hang out and socialize with other people and of course your friends need to accept your other friends too.

If you don't like being controlled then you don't consider them true genuine friends that see your needs and have the best at heart for you so what are you really loosing?

i think that you need to try and explain to your friends as hard as it will be that you would like to make more friends at your new school. but also make sure that your friend knows that nothing will happen to your friendship, you want to meet new people. im sorry if that doesnt help you

talk to other kids in your class, and i am sure you will find other people that you can talk to and socialize with. Try not to avoid your sister and the girls, but definitely talk to other people becuase its always nice to meet people even if they dont turn out to be close firends.

you appear to be a little despirate and that is a turn off to people. don't act as though it bothers you as much when your around them. just be yourself and if they like who you really are then they are true freinds. if not find someone who likes you for who you are.
