They don't.
It depends on the brand on how they list size.
For some companies, it goes D, E, F, G, etc..
For others, D, DD, DDD, G, etc...
Another one, D, DD, E, F, etc...
Different companies use different letters for the cup. A woman has to know how each brand is sized before she buys, there is no standard once it gets that large like there is for the A, B, C cups.

they following also come in double sizes A, F and G. why the rest dont come in double sizes, i havent a clue.

I think they have an F size, one of my friends wore that when she was pregnant. Maybe they double at F too.

Only America's size bra like A,B,C,D,DD,DDD.
In Europe it A,B,C,D,F,G,H and so on what you really want to ask is what happen to E...
