Yes BCP can help with this but you have to make sure htere is no underlining cause for this. Check it out with your doctor. They will be the best at determining whats going on.

PS are you sure your not pregnant?

BCP usually do help regulate the menstrual cycle. Find a good gyn doctor, and they will find the right one for you. Remember, irregularity could also be symptoms of something a little more serious. this isn't always the case, but its better to be safe than sorry. I have endometriosis, and it causes complete irregularity, on and off cycles, could go for a month sraight, then skip 2, just completely unpredictable. see your doc!

Yasmin pills are the best for you. Once on the Pill, your periods will probably become more regular — with less overall bleeding and fewer menstrual cramps. Usually, you can predict when you are going to get your period by looking at your pill pack. If you have a 21-day pack, you will get your period after your third week of active pills — in other words, during the week when you are not taking any pills. If you have a 28-day pack, you will also get your period after your third week of active pills, when you are taking your reminder pills. Yasmin pills are also the type of pills used for irregular periods, contraception and young girls who want to manage their periods better.
