Upon the mountain, 2000 feet high, theres a huge rock formation that you can see for miles on clear day. I like to go up there with my guitar, play music, sit, relax, and listen to the wind.

I have a bench seat in my bedroom window that looks straight into a large tree. In the summer all I can see are leaves and branches. Sometimes birds or a squirrel. If I leave the window closed I can't hear the traffic, and I can fool myself that it' a peaceful world out there.

I'd have to say my Den on the futon. It's where I watch TV,read, play on the computer and just about everything. We have a formal living room which we never use.

Looking out over a body of water....on a riverbank, out on the lake, peering out into the Ocean....soothing....and for the or??...same places.

Anywhere while i'm playing my guitar or piano. Playing music helps me to think while not getting stressed out.
