What is the treatment for strep in goats?

My daughter's goat has been sick for over 3 months. After having a lung was she was diagnosed with 10 colonies of alpha hemolytic strep. Has anyone else had this in their goat herd? What did you do to treat it?

They probably use the same drugs they use on humans.
