do you sleep on your lunch break. I mean were talking about 8 hours taken by driving and lunch. If you work 8 hours, that leaves you with 8 hours for dinner, shower, breakfast, chores, etc. etc. Then whatever is left is for sleeping. Not much left. You need to move or get a new job.

I spend 3 minutes driving to work and I have an hour long lunch with lots of breaks inbetween

Seems your whole life revolves around your work day. I had a job just like yours for years. Just by accident, I made a change and enjoying and getting more out of life, also making more money.
There is more to LIFE than working, you need to work smart to have free time for OTHER things.
