I am the only girl with three brother's and my mother found out I was sexually abused most of my home life before marriage at age seventeen. I respeced my mother and loved her and since she found out about the sexual abuse she blames me, does not talk to me and always none of the 4 kid's will get anything from her will. What can we do legally should her own children get nothing.

You were sexually abused and YET she blames you? how is that possible? i believe you could contest a will, but laws are different in differentcountries as well as different states in the US, so I can't be more specific.

You can't contest a will while one is alive, but once they are decease, you need a lawyer, and you can contests, the will, they can put the will in what they call probate, and you and your brothers, can go to court to get what is legal your"s. one thing sometimes Probate court takes years, shop around for a lawyer who deals in these issues.
