plz help plz help !! how do i get my boobs get small (+butt) not too big but want them to be smaller any helping hand some excersise or diet i will do anything

brisk walking,law fat diet,stand up and sit down frequently for 100 times,start from 10 times ,increase it every week. u will get result. good luck.

>Smaller breast than what? Small butt.....why? Don't you know you have more bounce per ounce with a nice size butt. When I loose weight the first place that shrinks is my breast fatty tissuse. Plus to keep the muscle tight I do 25 push-ups 2times twice a day.
