I just saw an interview with these dried up old prunes from the old 70's band Pink Floyd who where wearing wigs and sniffling like they had 10 pounds of cocaine up their noses. Some geezer named Roger Waters was trying to defend the band anti-Bush rantings. I want to know where these drug addicted old "has beens" from England get off telling United States citizens how to vote. If you have tickets for one of their concerts I suggest you drive down to the local radical Muslim Mosque and give them away.

Hey now, don't insult the great Floyd. Their music is timeless!
Now, where did they ever rant against Bush? They haven't even been together since 1983 (that's when Roger left the band!), and the band only released two albums sans Roger after that (Momentary Lapse of Reason, and Division Bell). The ONE time they were all back together was for ONE concert.
So, sorry, I don't believe it for a second, but I wouldn't put it past Roger. He's a mad genius.

Oh, and the line you quote is from an album that came out in 1979. That's just a LITTLE bit before President Bush became involved in politics.

Roger Waters wrote Another brick in the wall part 2 to criticize education in England.

Regardless of which puppet they put in place, regardless of which political affiliation, NOTHING will change. These guys are just tools as well.

You are pretty dumb yourself.

If you truly believe thew U.S president is king of the world and doesn't take his orders from a group higher than himself u r a fool.

They could put u in the whitehouse and you'll be just like Bush, a glorified figurehead, an office boy in a position of assumed power.

Can you blame the English for resenting being dragged into this quagmire? I don't blame them.
Bush sucks. And guess what, you don't have to embrace Bush overspending war politics in order to love America.
Most Americans blindly following leaders like we have seems the most unAmerican to me.
Sure the terrorists hate us, but then why do we keep handing them money for oil? Buying oil supports terrorism , Why else would Bush be so involved with Saudis and the Middle East? Because they are OIL men, business men.
They care about ONE thing: MONEY.

freedom of speech. they can say whatever they want. i agree with boycotting concerts, tv viewing, buying movie tickets, music albums, etc. to avoid contributing to "artists" who make such comments. as for "we don't need no thought control", they should be talking about the media...not Bush!!!
