Whenever I try to print something color from word document, it just comes out black and white. I have a full color ink cartridge and its in the right spot. How can I make it come out in color???

Assuming you have the appropriate driver installed for your printer, you will want to click on the various "print setup" or "page setup" options in word and in your print dialog box. Look for an option that allows you to toggle between "grayscale" or "black and white" to "full color" or "color" or "CMYK," etc. That should fix the problem.

Get out the printers manuel. Had this same problem and it was a bad ink cartridge.

makesure that you are set the print quality as color
