Danger Dan: Land of the Sabretooth - what do you do after you sculpt it?

My brother got this kit today and it has no instruction manual. I'm not sure if you paint it right after you sculpt, if you bake it, or if you leave it overnight. If it's one of the latter two, how long do you leave/bake it for? If you bake it, what temperature?
