You cant fall in love with someone by just seeing their picture, maybe in love with their looks,. but not them as a person. Remember the saying Looks can be deciving......

I may not be correct but a human being can fall in love wid a picture but tht wud not be love but only attraction though he wud think tht it is love.if he meets the person and know more abt her only then he wud come to know tht wot he was feeling for the person was true love or just an attraction
