Your wife's problem is not with any religion. There is something bothering her, take time have patience,do n ot antogonise her.Tell her assertively that she is free continue her religion and you will not share her feelings, you read hinduism and christianity in detail and tell her that GOD IS ONE , TELL HER

4:4 Stand in awe, and don't sin. Search your own heart on your bed, and be still. Selah.

Chapter XI.
Revelation of the Cosmic Appearance of God Himself
(Vishwadarshanayoga)

This chapter captures the cosmic appearance of Shri Krishna in all His glory. With the special sight vouchsafed by the Lord, Arjuna sees myriad shapes, strange to admire and terrific to behold. Frightened, Arjuna prayed to Krishna to resume his human shape. The Lord complies with the request with a remark that only loyal devotees can see such a spectacle, giving rise to the next chapter on devotion.

This is like the display of his divinity as Christ by the body Jesus to the Magi on 6th of January centuries later. This is the subjective thought of the author of the Gita. The brilliance that Krishna shone remains a great reminder of the Lord's form to any reader .

It is said that a scientist (Robert Oppenheimer of the Manhattan Project -Ed) after seeing the ferocity and power of an atom bomb explosion, exclaimed the verses of Gita that revealed the identity of Krishna. Sir Edwin Arnold has translated this chapter into a fine piece of poetry. Some excerpts:

...the God stood displaying
All the splendor, wonder, dread
Of His vast almighty head.
Out of countless eyes beholding
Out of countless mouths commanding.
Countless mystic forms enfolding,
Countless radiant glories wearing.
Countless heavenly weapons bearing.
Blinding brilliance overspreading,
Boundless, bountiful, beautiful,
So he showed like a sunburst of a thousand suns.

I REST MY CASE

Good luck

So what. If u love ur wife, religion does not matter at all!!!!
And remember - there is nothing wrong(or bad) in being a christian. In fact, even I am a Hindu and I like Christianity.

I think your wife is bothered about the rituals she needs to follow being in hindu religion. You need to discuss with her and show her true meaning of hinduism.. It is difficult if your life partner is of other religion specially in Indian context where you have parents and other family members to interfere in your life.

Talk to her and try to give her some freedom and time to understand and compare both religions.. I believe there is one god and religion is nothing more then way of living.

Most important of all.. DONT BE CONFUSED.... It is time to act

good luck

dear,
U know Creator of this world can not be two, that is God is one. So u call Him God or Bhagwan or Allah , does not matter. At least these two religions preach love/helping poors/donations/one God.
Hence just discuss good points common to both religions.
Open Aastha Tv at 6am or 8 PM and let her know unheard benefits of Yoga for health by Swami Ramdev in whose camp even Muslims r doing Yog at Madina. She will also do.

Well maybe she didn't find happiness with the Hindu religion. By being a supportive husband, try not to discriminate her beliefs and perhaps try to understand why she swtiched. Why don't you go to the church and see for youself

SO, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, SHE MIGHT FIND ISLAM AND IT COULD BE BETTER. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DAY AND NIGHT, THE BLIND AND THE SEEING. RELIGION IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN FORCE SOMEBODY ONTO. SO LET IT BE. GOD CREATED EVERYBODY, RIGHT?

Try to figure out what she sees in this as well. Don't reject her for this. Maybe there's something to it?
Always support your wife. She is your "other half".

Good luck...
