Ummmmmm you might have a serious problem in your bowel.
There IS no other answer than 'Go to your GP'.. immediately.
Unless you wanna end up six-feet down.

No. Go to your GP - this isn't the forum for your condition.
It could be any number of things - some mild, some not so much. The only person who should deal with this is your Doc. If you don't like your GP - go somewhere else; like a walk in clinic.
But you need the advise of a doctor.

Sorry, have you actually been to a GP yet? Hopefully you're not on a single handed round the world boat race, otherwise a GP really might be a good idea.

my uncle suffered with similar symptoms and ended up in hospital, so although you don't want to hear it... go to the gp, he/ she will be able to give you the treatment you need. My uncle was in hospital for 3 weeks and ended up having 1/2 his stomach removed all because he was stubborn and didn't want to go to the gp and tried to hobble on. suffering like this may be doing you more damage than you realise.

High thee to a physician and get checked for a bowel obstruction. Chronic problems like this should not be ignored. Find a gastroenterologist who specializes in disorders of the digestive tract.

I hate to spectulate, could be kidneys, uclers, constipation, You need something to move the bowels, and help with the vomiting, and pain, most of all you need an antibotic.

Sounds like an obstructed bowel, but you should not be consulting us, you should see a doctor. Urgently.
