Both in my opinion but if i have to pick one i have to say the Invasion angle. They pissed away the potential big money they where going to make out of the Invasion because certain egos couldn't do what was best for business(Aka Undertaker who moaned about not wanting to lose to people from WCW.)

God, they were both horrible. That invasion angle had so much potiental. The nWo had so much heat coming into WWE, they blew that too. With rumors of the nWo coming back I can only imagine it being equally as crappy as the original induction to the WWE.
