There was a cartoon I remember, Im not sure if I liked it or not but one scene made me laugh. The main characters dressed up either for Haloween or a comic convetion. They each said who they were and a catch phrase for what they dressed up as. The funny part was the last kid said "Im Garfield, Meow, and I hate Mondays"

Characters were human.

Also Im sure it was a comedy cartoon, not action.

And Garfiled would not dress up as Garfield.

There was a Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law episode that started with kids on a playground pretending to be superheroes. The last kid said something like that about being Garfield, right before another kid jumped off the slide and hurt himself.

I remember that scene, but for the life of me I can't remember if it was American Dad, Family Guy, or Mission Hill. I'm leaning towards American Dad.

Edit: Justanotherloser is completely correct about Birdman. Dammit.
