Get a bottle of Tylenol Night Time PM or a generic like it. Start on Friday night or when you do not have to work the next day. One has no hangover effect on me but two does.
Take one at about 10 pm. They relax you and allow you to go to sleep earlier. This is just to break your bodies habit. Do this for about three nights and by next week you should be somewhat readjusted.
If you don't take them after a few days, be sure to make yourself go to bed by 11. It may take a few more nights to get you readjusted, this is exactly what I do when my sleep schedule gets all goofed up.
Good Luck. Of course no caffeine or alcohol at night.

You must try and reset you body clock. It will take time.
Go to bed at the same time each night...not a.m. but p.m. and set your alarm clock (which you probably already do) to a resonable wakening time.
It won't be long before you get back into the habit of going to bed at the same time each night. Even if you go to bed to read rather than spending time watching TV or the like or sitting at answers for hours a time, you will be resting.
Try not to let it play on your mind as laying in bed forcing yourself to sleep will stress you out. It could be that one of the herbal remedies such as Nytol may be of help to you.
See you in the land of nod.

You have just made a habit of the late bedtime.... once going to bed for several days at a late hour, your body is now set to react at that set time. You may want to consider a mild otc sleep aid for a week to help you get back on track. Once you accomplish getting to bed at am earlier hour for 2 to 3 weeks , your body will respond to this new schedule and you feel tired anymore.

try walking about 30 minutes a night before you go to bed or you can get tested for sleep apnea and i heard there is a medicine out that works like the stuff in your brain that tells you it is time to sleep think it is called melatonin but i am not sure you can check with your Dr and try a herbal remedy but check out the physical stuff first good luck

It must be the stress in your work and it is affecting your sleep. If you can manage to leave your worries in the office it will improve your sleeping habits. If it doesn't help call me since I am having problems too.

You need to make yourself go to bed earlier. I had to go to be at 8pm in order to get up at 4am. Try cutting out caffeine.
