To be honest they were fine before all this hype with the two Argies. I think the sooner they both leave the club, the sooner the Hammers can start getting on with their season. Hype never helps a team - just look at England over the last few years. They apparently have some of the worlds best players but yet cant seem to play as a team. The Hammers would be much better playing their homegrown boys and when Ashton comes back they will start to cause every team a problem.

You know Tevez didn't look very good yesterday. I doubt he should be starting this early. Harewood was one of the reasons the Hammers did so well last season. Start Harewood and let Tevez learn the pace and style of England from coming off the bench. After a few weeks he should be doing a lot better. That's the thing I saw, Harewood and Zamora looked much better together earlier this season.

I am a season ticket Holder and cant believe the performance of the last 3 games I don't understand how Samora gets in the team. he may be highest goal scorer but he hasn't actually scored from a good clear deliberate shot on goal. Why does Pardew sub the best player on the pitch?

I think, they need to play Benayoun through the middle with Mascherano sitting back and play Tevez up front with Ashton when fit.
They need a right winger , everything else is ok.

Maybe dig up the pitch, put a few feet depth of soil down, then relay the pitch again. I'm sure that would raise their game.!!
