It is obvious which one is referred to,but someone from them should educate them before it is too late. They have many children though they can't afford them.

family planning is not meant for any community it must be known for each and every person of the country.family planning is meant for all community or all sorts of people.who doesnt practise this must be educated of this subject.

It is not about ethnic groups but areas people live in. Some areas do not receive the neccesary attention required as the government feel it is a low income area so why should they give them attention as they do not generate taxes for them. I only know about birth control because I went to a good school. No ones fault but those who do not try uplift the community. Think hard on this one.
