I agree with the answer about a grocery store! LOL, it is so hard to find simple things like Ziploc bags and Saran wrap. I also think a furniture store would do well here. Furniture is so expensive because it is either imported or hand made. IKEA does really really well in Athens and so I dont see why another furniture store wouldnt do equally as well. Other hot commodities are electronics and cars, but import taxes are very high.

a store like walmart is a good idea because the Greek stores are very expensive. Some years ago a German supermarket called LIDL opened stores in the whole country and everybody goes there due to the low prices.

A slimming center wouldn´t be smart because Greece is already full of them (bodyline,prinou,silhouette etc.)

Believe me, a large NBA official store having T Shirts, replicas, dvd's Games etc etc... It would be veeeeeeeeeery nice and a good bet

A clothing store, would be good they are very into fashion in the cities, just like anywhere else. A grocery would be good, also.
