I did get some e-mail with attachments and when I tried to open them it said they were infected with beagle virus. She has not had trouble sending to others. Now I get nothing from her. I also got a Yahoo message saying I was getting infected messages. Now what?

Yahaoo mail scans attachments for viruses, so, if your friend's computer is indeed infected, Yahoo installed antivirus will continue to reject her e mails to you. Tell your friend about this, and have her debug her computer.
