No. Yahoo will not accept more than 1 e-mail address of the same name.
But go to their CONTACT US site and ask them directly. They may even have an 800 # you could call for further assurance: their number should be available on thrie site or through on-line yellow page phone numbers.
They can also tell you the BEST WAY TO PROTECT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS !!!

Yes. When you send an email you can use a fake address as your address. Spammers do this all the time. This what makes it so hard to find who they are.

I think the answer is no if yahoo has written their software correctly. Of more concern would be someone with your password becoming you. There may be software than can do what you ask but I think it would be a very special case and unless you are very special (what others think, I hope you think your special) why would anyone bother.
If you protect your password, log out when leaving all machines I suspect you are safe.

simple question simple answer:

they can send emails that apear to be from your email address (an experienced computer dude can tell the difference), but they cannot receive mails written to you.

it is like at the post office.. anyone can write an envelope with "from address" with your address.. but if they write your address into "to address field" the postman will deliver it to you

good luck

They can come very close. For example:

My email is taobarbie@yahoo.com

So I also took tao.barbie@yahoo.com and tao_barbie@yahoo.com because I wanted to avoid any future problems.

I think they can. If not, a very similar one. That way people they send spam to may think it is a benign address.
