The cd-key can't be found on the cd/dvd files because it's not stored there! It's encrypted within the cd/dvd and it can only be read if you have good hacking skills..The key is unique so it will work only with the cd/dvd is was encrypted with.
When intsalling you're required to enter the key and then the game validates it! To ensure software protection you're also rquired to play the game with the cd/dvd inside the drive (to see if you didn't use another key, so called generated).

If you mean the registration key, it should be stuck to the case in which you received the CD. If your CD is copied/pirated/fake then you're out of luck. Buy a legitimate copy.

if u cant find it on cd then go to my computers then right click on cd rive and select explore and then u will find the file key or like something any other information my id is rishi_king99 at yahoo.co.in

John CD number is authenticated and only if you are good software engineer you are able to crack it but apart from that there is no chance you can do it.
