There is no Indic word for Tsunami. This means that tsunamis do not occur frequently in the Indian ocean. On the east coast nearest fault line is at the distance of Andaman Nicobar. I do not think stresses can build up before 100-200 years to trigger a tsunami-causing see-floor earthquake. Ditto for the Arabian sea, where the fault line is closer , in Balochistan.

Yes, without a doubt. But they now have measures to warn about them so hopefully the concequences will be alot less disasterous.
To put it simply, the tsunami was caused by the earths plates moving, which will happen....forever. So sometime in the fututre, there will be another tsunami in the same place

that depends on the earth's tectonic activities down the ocean on the ocean bed
if contenental plates move yes there will be under sea quakes causing tsunami
theres lot of activity goinon in the south east asia
wery much possible that we may witness another tsunami
we can just pray to god
god will protect us
