If the girl truly is, you must gently get her to get help, Tell someone in her own country, let her know she is not alone, lots of people - unfortunately - go through this, and there are places to go and people to see, who will understand and support her. Is it a family member, a friend of the family? There are support groups in every country. Has she considered the police? They can be surprisingly understanding, or maybe her Doctor. Either way, she needs to tell someone near to home.

Get her details, like an address & her full name & the name of the person who is abusing her. Visit the policing website & submit the case to them & ask for feedback or replies. Maybe it will be a good idea to show them copies of the discussions you had with the girl where she describes being abused.
Big ups to you!

New Zealand is a fairly devolped country and if there is abuse then their are prober police services to use and donating money is not going to change anything

if you know what town she lives in, you can contact the police, even if it is by mail, email would be better because then you could forward her emails to you. if she is unwilling to reveal her name or address, i don't know. call your local police station to see if they have any department that would help you contact someone in the other country.
if there is only a donation web site for her, for sure call your local police & they have units to handle email scams

If you are sure you are not being scammed, you should do web searches for the police department that covers her town and email them or even telephone them.
Sending any money is not a solution and is almost certainly a scam.

Call the police in NZ? You'll need some kind of proof I'd imagine though.
