Looking for anyone who recently been offered a job in a chain ice cream shop or something similiar, wondering what average starting pay was. I was offered a $24500 starting pay in Hawaii. Just trying to compare, thanks!

I'm an asst manager but I"m hourly. (low hourly at that $7.50) but every year I get a raise and I'm next in line at my store for the Store Manager posistion whatever store I go to. I am 2nd asst but will pass 1st asst since she cannot be a store manger for health reasons.

with out experiences you'd be lucky if they even called you. Sorry but if you dont have experiences no corpation with give you a sceand glaces.
I know it doesn't make a whole lot of cents but it is true. They look for people with lots of experiences not degers.

minimum wage.
if you already have a place to live for free, take the job in hawaii, if not, you will be living way below poverty level ----as Hawaii is a very expensive place to live.

wow. It is so expensive to live in hawaii. You should see if you can get more then that somewhere else. sorry I can't be of more help girl.
