special K diet works, don't eat after 6pm, lotsa veggies, NO FRIED FOODS, take a good multi-vitamin, I lost 60 lbs doing this in 6 mos, I lost 30 in the 1st 3 mos.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. I'm assuming you have reduced your calorie intake and increased your calorie burning. To speed things up, drink lots and lots of water -- at least 64 oz. per day.

i suggest u go for morning walks..try to walk for 15 minutes the first 2 days...then 30 minutes and 45 minutes the next 2 days and soo on...it will really help you and stop eatin fried foods and junk foods...dont eat too oily foods.

all day long the same meal as follow: day1 low fat cheese, day2 griled or boiled fish, day3 boiled veggis, day4 griled meat , day5 fruits and of course water loose 3-5 kg

take a 2 week walk. that one dude lost 80 pounds quick.
