I appear to have offended somebody who has vowed to "ruin me" and I am absolutely terrified......
Is there any way I can block them from answering my questions?

Of course, I'm not scared at all! It's just that some people are so easy to wind up!

You can report them to Yahoo every time they answer your questions, you can change your user name, you can drop off the site for awhile, you can change accounts. But I think the best thing to do is to ignore them. If they get a reaction out of you they will probably keep it up. Of course, the un-Karma-cool thing to do would be to strike back and harrass them back.

They can't 'ruin you' as they have none of your details, unless you were silly enough to share your real email on here. However, if you are getting abusive correspondence from someone then you must report them to the Yahoo Answers team as it is not acceptable behaviour.
