I m 20 yr old guy.I have problem with my speech and talk very few words per day.i can't even pronounce the words properly.bcoz of that i m not able to make friends nor go out of my house.i m totally frustated with myself.I have been doing this from the last 6 years.I never lose hope in god.But now i have started losing hope.Can u help me or is it all over for me.Should i say bye bye to the world?

You need to see a doctor or therapist. Dont give up there is hope for you. You wont die from this even though you may feel like you are.

I agree with the previous answers, you should try therapy. I myself had a very serious problem with talking to other people as a teenager. I had very big problems at school because I was not able to speak in lessons, I had no friends, so my marks were bad and others were teasing me and I started to think about suicide. My teachers wanted me to take psychotherapy but my mother refused this as she took it as insult. She had very big problems to handle this situation. I think now it would have been a lot easier if I had had this possibility of professional help. The only thing that helped me was that there were some girls at my school who helped me a lot to make me lose my fears so now I am near to my graduation from university. I still feel shy to speak in front of many people, but I can do it when I have to in my studies.
As you say you don't have any friends you should really see a doctor for your this problem. I think it would really help you if someone speaks to you with patience and if you start to think about what are the reasons for your fears. Also a speech therapist might help you as you say you can't pronounce the words properly.

saying bye is not answer.....take some speech therapy.....find like minded friends on the web or any where.....i cant believe when u tell me that u cant find a friend as there is none....just try and u will run into a number of them.
