First copy all the softwares to local drives ......through lan including drivers for LAN/Video etc...
restart ur machines individually start installing from local machines...
This will solve ur problem...
(PS: Note that the drive u used to store the installation softwares cannot be formated )

if you don't have already the OS on the workstations ...you can't access that CD drive.
Q1: you have a LAN running ok ?
Q2: The workstations have USB ports ?
the simple solution is to buy one more CD drive. Will cost you under 50 $. Think about cost per hour (time). At the end, if you provide all informations about our workstations and that computer with CD drive , someone will find a solution for you. But why not buying (at least) one more CD drive ... it is about KIS = Keep It Simple.

Well you have to format the partitions on which the operating systems are installed.You can format them and then install an operating system using ur CDROM

if the system with cdrom is server 2003,first configure that system as RIS server( "remote installation service").(how to install RIS -mail to me...)
then configure bios setting of system to format and install os..as -first boot device ---networking.
then ur system automatically detects the ris server and ur problem will be solved with out using cdrom
