I guess it depends what your definition of better or worse is. If it is worse for humanity yes it probably will be. If this is better for the earth as a whole it might be because it will get a chance to start over without our interference and destruction.
We can always hope that we will change in time. The clean air act has improved things drastically and we still have time to change hopefully that will be enough to make a differnce. Who knows with a time frame that large what will have happened after that much time.
I can tell that things are changing where I live. I have noticed the seasons change over the years. It is drasitically different and the seasons have hit some extremes.

, If we haven't done irreparable damage, I have heard there is believed to be a generation coming up, that is going to take the "environment" seriously. They will live not so wasteful perhaps as we have been. As a whole, everywhere on this planet, people will take better care of the Earth. Maybe she needs a rest! Our species has the intelligence to extinct ourselves, and other living creatures alongside of us. Hopefully, they can turn around some of the mistakes we've made. The hole in the ozone, that we caused, is a problem. If it gets bigger and bigger, who knows, ??? It's supposed to be our protection. If the planet is millions, billions, or gazillions of years old, what have we done to it in the past little 100 yrs? Maybe we should start doing something different. If we don't, then I do believe our climate will change for the worst.

weather is determined by a lot of different factors but i would say it will get worse (ie more major storms, flooding etc.) because as we change or landscape by building roads, buildings, towns, cities etc. we are creating a completely different biosphere and the weather has to be greatly impacted by what we are doing

Worse, because the weather now is deteriorating and the Earth's eco-system could not recover if we continue to destroy the environment.
