maybe i am stupid but i think you need to elaborate because you surely dont think a welsh boss is any different to any other boss
there are good and cr*p bosses in all countries
do you think the welsh are aliiens or something?
im not welsh, so i am not sticking up for them or anything, i just really cant believe you would ask such a daft question unless you have forgotten to tell us something (like he/she only speaks welsh or something)

My sis-in-law has a belgian boss, and she likes him she says he is funny so maybe, having a boss from another country would seem nice
