"Jus" is kind of like a broth of some form, it's basically like a chicken or beef broth used for flavoring. Its becoming popular as a dip for roast beef sandwiches, and some places use it as a light gravy, i know boston pizza uses beef jus for their beef dip sandwiches, and i believe arby's has come out with some kind of beef sandwich that uses it too.
