* Boost your circulation to the area by using a brush, or a massage glove and massage the area every day for 5 min at least.
* Increase your exercise and watch the diet. Avoid sugary snacks and instead reach for fruit and raw veggies.
* Drink lots of water to cleanse your system and flush the toxins from your body cells.
* Avoid coffee and switch to herbal teas. Fruit juices are better than soda too.
* If you enjoy aromatherapy, blend a couple of drops of your favorite into a carrier oil like almond for example and GENTLY massage this into the area in question on a daily basis.
* It will take about 4-6 weeks before you see any results so don't expect to see results on the first day and don't expect to see 100% of it disappear. I don't think we could be this lucky but you can improve things to a great degree.
* Vitamin C has been recommended by cellulite researchers.
* Swimming is beneficial as is walking and stretching exercises to help eliminate cellulite.

Cellulite is stored in the fat, but is actually is much more complicated as it also involves how your skin and the fat directly under it retains water.
I have found some relief with yoga. I just started Hot Yoga, otherwise known as Brikham Yoga, and I have only been 3 times and can already see some relief from the appearance of the cellulite.
The more muscle tone you have, the less visable it will be, so try some light weight training and that may help as well.
However, sometimes there isn't too much you can do, just learn to love your body as it is, and remember that the problem is probably much worse in your eyes than anyone else's.

I slough my *** with course ground coffee. Its messy but my skin looks and feels much better afterwards I use newspaper to contain the mess. Take a half cup of course ground coffee grind it yourself.
add quarter cup hot water take handfuls and scrub the trouble areas in a circular motion then shower and lotion. The coffee which is a dieretic helps dissapate the water pockets that create the cellulite apperance best of luck.

I've heard of people saying you need to dry comb it or use some coffee beans to srub. But I just let them be because I get even more upset when after all that trouble I don't see any results other than a badly scratched skin. As long as you excercise and do toning excercises, they'll become less visible.

Hmm
There are those home saunas, come cheap.
You should use this one with a herbal infusion.
And do some exercise to tone your hips.
Other than that I assume you may be paranoid about your problem.
There are many remedies.
