My girlfriend son stays angry all the time and bring women in her house. She says he direspect her by having sex while she is in the house. She is a christian and says she cannot tolerate this. O know that it is advisible to tell her to pray, but any other suggestions to help with this type of problem?

First of all, if she was a true christian she wouldn't put up with her son behaving that way. No son of mine will bring a girl into my home and have sex with her. She needs to step up and remind her son that it's her home and her rules and it will either be that way or he can hit the highway. Tough love never hurt anyone and he is disrespecting her severely. If she needs some help standing up to her son, ask her to pray to God for courage.

Firstly, how old is the son?
If he is over the age of 18 or 21 depending on where you live, there is not that much that can be done as he is an adult. If this boy/man has a job maybe his mother should tell him its time for him to leave home.
Has the mother of this person tried speaking to him to find out what the problem is with his anger.
Is the father in the picture with this person or is your friend a single mother?
If she is a single mother, perhaps she could contact the father and ask him to sort out his son, or even let him go and stay with him for a while.

With rebellous kids there has to be regular rules and also consquences. Then the parents need to be very consistant.
for example, the rule. In by 9 on school nights......consquence of not being in by 9, his music is taken away for two days.
Another rule.....No sex in the house..........if he does so.......you take the door off his bedroom. and he is no longer able to bring young women in to the house. If he does being women in to the house then the conquences are that he losses his cell phone for a week, and his cerfew will be earlier.
The consquence depends on the kid. For instance my daughter hated to not be around people, so sending her to her room made her crazy. Her brothers enjoyed time alone in their room, so being sent to their room wasn't a punishment. I had to find other things.
It isn't easy having a rebellous teenager in the house. If the son is over 18, and wants women in his room, then it is time to make some money and get in a place of his own.

You know one of the reason why people rebel is lack of attention, affection and love... why dont you try giving him enough attention like hanging out with him for sometime... or showing to him that you care about him... or in your own way of showing your love , you can do anything that would make him realize your love for him as your son....

Two words that worked for my mom when my brother was doing that. BOOT CAMP!!! If he is under 18 and she has soul custody of him send his butt to boot camp. He will learn how to be a man. My brother did and he is a different person now.
