yes a 21 years old girl can become a good, true, real and only friend of a 45 year old man. but when it goes to sex, it is dangerous.

I know some people say age does not matter, and to a certain extent that is true... at the age you are now.
Bear in mind though, if you are thinking of doing a long term thing, that when she is 40, you are going to be 64 or so - hitting old age.
You might find that she does not find you such a 'good friend' then, and might want to be with people more her own age, than with someone so much older.

Your question was going on fine until I read the "only friend" part. If you wish to restrict this lady or yourself in this 'only friend' arrangement, something is not right. The 'good, true and real friend' part can be achieved but never forced.

I think that anyone of any age can be friends. However, I am wondering about the words 'only friend' in your question. I think people need more than one friend.
