Depends on what type of benefits you're looking for. I take about a dozen supplements for various problems I'm trying to help. Some for my brain health (which has VASTLY improved my memory and cognitive ability), some for skin health, some for bone health (preventative), some antioxidants and immune system products (I don't like getting sick), and some probiotics (to even out my digestion). I've got to say, I don't like taking pills... but it is SOOOO much more than worth it for the benefits I've gotten. Feel free to E-mail me if you'd like more info about what can help.

Glucosamine Condroiten 1500 mg per day............works for me.
Even my doctors have recommended it. Prescription meds did nothing for me. If I get careless and start missing taking it, I feel it.
Good luck!
Look up info on the Internet.
