I like Non Sequitor by Willey, and The Boondocks - the later can be a little American-specific at times, but it has some very witty and pithy observations.

Try 'F Minus'. You can find it on comics.com... In my opinion, it is better than anything since Far Side-- better than Close to Home, better than Non-Sequitor, better than Too Much Coffee Man. Fusco Brothers is okay, too. Get Fuzzy is great. Monty is usually pretty good.

I agree that Pearls Before Swine is an excellent comic. I'm telling you Stephen Pastis is a bitter, jaded soul, but his comic is hilarious
