When the Pope said something negative about Islam, protests were arrainged and a nun died. If other groups are criticized they just leave it to each their own opinion.

I couldn't agree more! The touchy Muslims take offence at the slightest thing and take it as a signal to start burning effigies, blowing up buildings and murdering. They are an evil lot. Have they nothing for which they need to apologise? Perhaps it was wrong to bring down the World Trade Centre and to bomb London and Madrid, or am I being unreasonable here?
While we are on the subject: I honestly don't think the Pope said anything wrong. He merely quoted a 14th Century emperor. I wouldn't have blamed him though if he HAD spoken out about the Muslims' barbaric behaviour in the world.

You have made a very good point and from the time that I have been using answers I think what you have said is absolutely right. However, Christians are equally critical of Islam are they not.
That name religion has always stirred up feelings of hate and love, it's just more the pity that love is the least predominant feeling in the world right now. Shame on us.

Well it is because unlike Islam most other religions are not based on fear and death. As Christians we want to save your soul and we focus on the after life. In Islam they focus on this world. You must convert or die. Islam is a religion of DEATH while Christianity is a religion of LIFE. Mohammad died, Jesus rose from the dead.
The Christian God knows your heart and if you are "forced" to convert to Christianity He knows it is not a real conversion thus Christians see that it is pointless to try to force people to convert.

Imagine if a child, being criticized by other kids, threw rocks or hit the other children: what would you say of him? I'd call him a bully, and socially retarded.
I feel adults can be judged in the same way.

Because no one pays much attention if they do. Besides they can't well insult people if the people they reach don't really have a religion anyway.

Islamic leaders did not ever give prophets like Jesus offince, you can denounces Islam but don't give prophet Mohammad offince, WE RESPECT PROPHETS ALL, WE HAVE ETHICS.
I don't know why its normal at western to draw prophets in a bad picture or give them offinces, its unethical.
