check first your mouse. maybe your mouse is dirty inside thats why its not fuction properly. clean both side of the mouse track inside together with the mouse tracker ball. if it not still functioning maybe just buy a new one.

Go to control panel in the section "Mouse and Keyboard" and try tweak it there. Set the mouse speed and the response to suit your liking.

If it's the sort with a roller ball underneath, take off that little trapdoor and the ball will come out. Either the ball itself or more likely the little rollers it moves against inside are dirty. Clean them with something like a wooden cocktail stick.

change your mouse if it does not listen to u. i think u r pampering it too much. it has become in-obedient.

If it is not optical mouse, please open the ball and clean it...
If problem buy new one, optical..... mouse are cheap
