Yes you can send step are as follow
1) login in yahoo mesanger
2)go in Action menu
3)click on send an sms message
4)click on other contact
Now there write the cell number* on which you want to send message with country code suppose you want to send sms on my cell that is in India then you have to write there as
+919873029153
Here 91 is the country code.
*You should noted one point that the number on which you wants to send msg that most compitable with yahoo msenger.

Yes you can. There are websites and tools available for doing so. It is possible to send SMS to mobile using RediffBol messenger and i think usnig Yahoo messenger too it is possible
