Based on my visits to PO's on other countries, one hell of a lot!!

International is a little too broad- Not many people have experience of the whole world's postal systems, but within Europe we could learn a lot from the German system, which, as you may expect, is amazingly efficient- Whereas some others such as Italy can be a lottery.

Mostly how NOT to operate.

We moan about postal delays, but the First Class mail service is unparalleled in my experience in both cost and speed of delivery.

we have an excellant postal service the postman always delivers my bills ontime every month without fail i get junk mail too cool right

I keep getting told by people from other countries our postal service is fantastic.

why? i think your post system is one of the best in europe, try to come here, in italy, and then you'll understand what i mean :)
