no, since they each have different nutritional requirements. it is not healthy for children to go low fat, they need it to grow and develop properly, they need more vitamins and calcium, less caffeine.

no, everybody has different needs. I believe kids need a LOT of milk , cheese, yogurt, for their bones. (unless of course, you are lactose intolerant).....also, they can handle more starches, and fats than adults, because they are burning so much more energy.
