OCD - The Obssessive Compulsive Disorder is a general phenomenon that occurs in everybody in some stage of their life. This is quite common though not healthy and can be treated effectively.

The person with such desease will be highly caustious, they are not confident and undergo severe torment by them selves if the person feels disconfirt. Their fear is limited only few areas not all. The great personalities of the world have OCD for Example One of the famous football player has this I dont remember the name. I appreciate if you find and lemmi know if you could.

OCD patient case study : The player was let in to the star hotel where everything was neat and at its place. But this gentleman again cleand the room by him self thinking that some contaminants would be present. In some patients it goes to such a height so that they clean even the new soap given to them for bathing.forget that they can even clean the tap where the get water from. As I said nothing to worry about as long it is OCD.

Yeah if anybody has ACD-Autocompulsive Disorder then its a cause of worry as such patients would be just less than a MAD people.

I am an OCD husband at least to degrees.

I compulsively wash and rewash my hands and get bleeding on them from it.

I also will compulsively wash and rinse and wash and re-rinse a dish for like five minutes or more in the sink and still not really "be happy with it"

I also am a compulsive door checker. I will get up a number of times at night and check and recheck the doors to see that they are locked.

I have not gotten treatment, but over the years the compulsions have gotten a bit less.

Hi. No, they don't realize it. They think their behavior is normal. They do not see their own obsessive actions as being beyond the ordinary range. And the condition can worsen. So step number one is for you to get the help and support you need to deal with this situation. Take the focus away from him for a second and shine it on yourself. To help him, you need to be in a good place. You need professional support from people you trust. Go talk about this and let a counselor assist you in making a plan. You will feel a lot better. You have choices. There are options. People can help. You are not alone.
